Description: The amount of propagation delay that this in- terface introduces in addition to that intro- diced by bit propagation delays.

What is intSrvIfAttribPropagationDelay?

The extra propagation delay, in microseconds, this interface adds beyond ordinary bit propagation delay, defaulting to 0. An admin sets this on links with known extra latency (e.g. satellite hops) so RSVP admission control accounts for it accurately.
