A value of zero indicates that the IP protocol in use does not have ports. This ob- ject may not be changed when the value of the RowStatus object is 'active'.

What is intSrvFlowPort?

The UDP/TCP source port used by this sender in the session, or a generalized port identifier for ESP/AH traffic; zero means the protocol has no ports. An admin sets this to scope the reservation to traffic from a specific source port, such as a particular application's outbound stream.
