Description:
Return the value of the default initial program (command line). You can include the %* token in the command line to act as a placeholder for clientsupplied application parameters. When a client makes a connection request, the server replaces the %* token in the command line with application parameters provided by the client. This default initial command line is used only when a server doesn?t have its own command line specified.
