Description: The State property returns the state of a group.
What is mscsResGroupState?
This read-only value reports the current state of a resource group: unknown, online, offline, failed, partialOnline (some but not all resources online), or pending (transitioning). An admin monitors this to detect when an application group like a SQL Server instance has failed or is only partially available.
