What is imaGroupTxOamLabelValue?
Reports the OAM label value this device's near-end IMA function is currently transmitting in its ICP cells, which identifies OAM versus user cell types on the link per the IMA specification. It is largely an internal protocol-state field an admin would check only when diagnosing low-level IMA cell handling.
