What is imaGroupRxAvailCellRate?
This object reports the current ATM cell transmission rate (in cells per second) available from an IMA group in the receive direction, accounting only for links currently in the Active state. It gives operators visibility into the effective bandwidth available for incoming traffic on bonded ATM links.
