What is redCtlrCfg?

Reports/sets the redundant-controller configuration. On read, bits 0-1 report whether RC functionality is unsupported (0xff), disabled, enabled as primary, enabled as secondary, or in autoconfigure mode, and bit 7 shows whether controller-location-signal support is present; writing values like 0-3 enables/disables RC or selects primary/secondary role, while special values (e.g. 0xc1/0xc2) simulate a controller failure for testing failover.
