What is defRebPriorityIdx?

Reports the factory-default rebuild-priority index (0=Low, 1=Normal, 2=Improved, 3=High) the controller falls back to. Admins compare this to curRebPriorityIdx to see whether rebuild priority has been tuned away from the default, e.g. raised to High to speed up recovery after a disk failure at the cost of production I/O performance.
