What is curTagCnt?

Reports the number of drive-side SCSI command tags (queue depth) currently in use per physical drive, where a value of N means 2**(N-1) tags and 0 means tagged queuing is disabled. Lowering this can sometimes work around a flaky drive that misbehaves under deep queuing.
