curQueuedIOCnt

Module: IFT-SNMP-MIB

OID (symbolic): IFT-SNMP-MIB::curQueuedIOCnt

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1714.1.1.4.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Integer32

Access: read-only

Description: Current host queued I/O count == 0 - Automatically Computed. == N (> 0) ==> Count = 2 ** ( N - 1 ).

What is curQueuedIOCnt?

Reports the current number of host I/O requests the controller can queue, encoded so that an index value of N means an actual count of 2**(N-1). For curQueuedIOCnt a value of 0 means the count is computed automatically rather than fixed. Admins use these values to understand how deep the controller's command queue can get, which affects throughput under heavy multi-threaded I/O.
