dot3adDrniPortConversationControl

Module: IEEE8023-LAG-MIB

OID (symbolic): IEEE8023-LAG-MIB::dot3adDrniPortConversationControl

OID (numeric): 1.2.840.10006.300.43.1.4.1.1.20

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: TruthValue

Access: read-write

Description: A read-write Boolean value that controls the operation of the updateDRFHomeState (9.4.11). When set to 'TRUE' the Home Gateway Vector is set equal to Drni_Portal_System_Port_Conversation. Setting this object to 'TRUE' is only possible when the Gateway algorithm and the Port algorithm use the same distributions methods. The default is 'FALSE', indicating that the Home Gateway Vector is controlled by the network control protocol.

What is dot3adDrniPortConversationControl?

Controls whether the Home Gateway Vector is forced equal to the Port Conversation vector (TRUE, only valid when the Gateway and Port algorithms use the same distribution method) or is instead driven by the network control protocol (FALSE, the default).
