What is ieee8021XPaePortCapabilities?
A read-only bitmap showing which 802.1X sub-features this port's hardware/firmware actually implements (supplicant, authenticator, MKA, MACsec, announcements, listener, virtual ports). Admins check this before trying to enable a feature like MACsec or virtual ports, since several other objects in this table silently force themselves to false/read-only if the matching capability bit is off here.
