Description:
The SA currently used to encode the SecTAG for frames awaiting transmission. The row pointer will point to an entry in the secyTxSATable. If no such information is available, the value shall be the OBJECT IDENTIFIER { 0 0 }.
What is secyTxSCEncodingSA?
This object is a pointer to the current Secure Association used to encode and protect transmitted frames with MACsec security tags on a Secure Channel. It points to an entry in the secyTxSATable and changes as the encryption key is rotated to maintain security. Network administrators monitor this to verify that the correct security association is active for frame protection on MACsec-enabled interfaces.
