This object records the system time when a transmitting Secure Channel last ceased transmitting MACsec-protected frames. It captures when the physical or logical link for transmitting encrypted and authenticated frames on the LAN went down or was administratively disabled. Network administrators use this timestamp to correlate security events with network disruptions and troubleshoot MACsec operation issues.
