Description: Counts the number of times that the state machine transitions from AUTHENTICATING to ABORTING, as a result of an EAPOL-Start message being received from the Supplicant.

Counts how many times the connected Supplicant sent a fresh EAPOL-Start message while this port's Authenticator was already mid-authentication, aborting the attempt in progress — frequent occurrences suggest a client repeatedly retrying before the server can respond.
