Description: Counts the number of times that the state machine transitions from AUTHENTICATED to CONNECTING, as a result of an EAPOL-Start message being received from the Supplicant.
What is dot1xAuthAuthEapStartsWhileAuthenticated?
Counts how many times an already-authenticated client on this port sent a new EAPOL-Start message, forcing the Authenticator back to the CONNECTING state — frequent restarts on an authenticated port can point to a flaky supplicant client or NIC driver.
