What is ibmBnaNnTgFRFrsn?
This object gives the Flow Reduction Sequence Number associated with the most recent Topology Database Update for a transmission group, unique only within its APPN network node. Admins and management tools use this to detect when a given TG's topology entry was last updated at the reporting node. For example, an admin polling this value over time can tell whether a TG's topology record has changed since the last poll simply by seeing this FRSN increment.
