Description: Topology Change. Boolean indication that the LE Client is using the Forward Delay Time C18, instead of the Aging Time C17, to age non-local entries in its LE_ARP cache C16. For a client which is not connected to the LES, this object is defined to have the value 'false'. Corresponds to Initial State Parameter C19.
What is ibmOsaExpATMTopologyChange?
A boolean flag, true(1) or false(2), indicating this client is currently using the shorter Forward Delay Time (rather than the normal Aging Time) to age non-local ARP cache entries because a topology change was signaled. A client not connected to the LES always reports false.
