What is ibmOsaExpATMDisabledStatus?
A bitmask of reasons why this ATM port's LAN traffic state is disabled, using the same bit set as the Ethernet and Token Ring tables (internal failure, temporarily disabled, various request sources, link failure threshold exceeded). It's zero whenever the port isn't in the disabled(5) state.
