What is ibmFodKeyChangeTime?

This object carries the date and time at which an activation key's status changed, delivered as part of the associated status-change notification. An admin uses this timestamp, included in the trap, to know precisely when a key was installed, expired, or otherwise transitioned, for auditing and troubleshooting license issues. For example, a trap timestamped at the moment a key expired lets the admin correlate that expiration with any resulting feature outage.
