What is ibThresholdHigh?

A notification-only varbind carrying the configured high-threshold value that, when crossed, triggers an alarm. This lets an admin see exactly what limit was configured alongside the reading that triggered the trap, useful for judging how far out of range the condition is. If ibCurThresholdValue reads 85 and this object reads 80, the admin knows the monitored value exceeded its high threshold by 5 units.
