If hwVOPUPBOConfProfUpboKLF is set either to auto(1) or disableUpbo(3), then this parameter will be ignored. Unit: 0.1 dB.
What is hwVOPUPBOConfProfUpboKL?
Electrical length kl0 in dB at 1 MHz, coded in 0.1 dB steps from 0 to 128 dB (default 0), configured by the CO for upstream power back-off (UPBOKL, G.997.1 7.3.1.2.14 a.2); it only takes effect when hwVOPUPBOConfProfUpboKLF is set to override(2), otherwise it is ignored in favor of auto or disabled UPBO.
