Description: The maximum Noise Margin the xTU-C receiver shall try to sustain. If the Noise Margin is above this level, the xTU-C shall request that the xTU-R reduce the xTU-R transmit power to get a noise margin below this limit (if this functionality is supported). The maximum noise margin ranges from 0 to 310 units of 0.1 dB (Physical values are 0 to 31 dB). A value of 0x7FFFFFFF (2147483647) means that there is no maximum. Unit: 0.1 dB.

Upstream counterpart of hwVOPSNRMarginConfProfMaxSnrmDs: maximum upstream noise margin, in 0.1 dB steps from 0 to 31.0 dB (default 31.0 dB, or 2147483647 for no maximum), above which the xTU-C may ask the xTU-R to reduce transmit power (MAXSNRMus, G.997.1 7.3.1.3.4).
