What is hwVOPModeSpecificPSDConfProfaxAggRxPwrUs?
Maximum upstream aggregate receive power the xTU-C should honor over the relevant subcarriers, coded in 0.1 dBm steps from -25.5 to 25.5 dBm (default 12.5 dBm), with the special value 2147483647 meaning no limit (MAXRXPWRus, G.997.1 7.3.1.2.5); the xTU-C uses it to verify its upstream power cutback keeps received power within this bound.
