Module: HUAWEI-VOP-MIB

OID (symbolic): HUAWEI-VOP-MIB::hwVOPLineSpectrumConfProfXtuTransSysEna

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.6.144.1.1.4.1.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Xdsl2TransmissionModeType

Access: read-create

Description: xTU Transmission System Enabling (XTSE). A list of the different coding types enabled in this profile. It is coded in a bit-map representation with 1 or more bits set. A bit set to '1' means that the xTUs may apply the respective coding for the DSL line. A bit set to '0' means that the xTUs cannot apply the respective coding for the xDSL line. All 'reserved' bits should be set to '0'.

What is hwVOPLineSpectrumConfProfXtuTransSysEna?

Bitmap (XTSE) of which xDSL coding/transmission standards, e.g. ADSL2+ or specific VDSL2 profiles, are permitted on this line (G.997.1 7.3.1.1.1); each bit set to 1 lets the CO and CPE modems negotiate that mode during handshake, so an admin restricts a line to, say, VDSL2-only by clearing the ADSL bits.
