This is a set of bits, where any bit with a '1' value means that the xTU is allowed to transit into the respective state and any bit with a '0' value means that the xTU is not allowed to transit into the respective state.

Bitmap (PMMODE) enabling which low-power states, e.g. L1/L2, the xTU-C or xTU-R may autonomously enter on this line (G.997.1 7.3.1.1.4); admins disable autonomous power-state transitions on lines that must stay at full readiness, or enable them to save power on lightly loaded lines.
