Description: The Global port link-down offline.default : 0
What is hwGlobalLinkDownOffline?
This integer configures the delay before the device marks users offline after their port's link goes down, with a default of 0 meaning immediate offline marking. Admins raise it above zero to tolerate brief physical link flaps without immediately tearing down user sessions on that port. For example, setting this to 30 would give a port 30 seconds of grace after a link-down event before associated users are marked offline.
