Description: The Global port control-down offline.default : 0
What is hwGlobalControlDownOffline?
This integer configures the delay before the device marks users offline after a port's control-plane, rather than physical link, goes down, with a default of 0 meaning immediate offline marking. It gives admins a separate offline-detection grace period for control-plane-triggered port-down events as opposed to raw link-down events. An admin might set this higher than hwGlobalLinkDownOffline if control-plane flaps are more common and shouldn't immediately deauthenticate users.
