What is hwHrpTrapNewState?

This trap-only object carries the HRP state the device transitioned into as part of an HRP state-change event, such as active or standby. Admins reviewing an HRP state-change trap use it, alongside hwHrpTrapOldState, to see exactly what transition occurred. Seeing a value of 'standby' here, following a previous 'active' old-state value, would immediately flag that a failover just happened on this device.
