What is hwWFQMaxWeight2?

This OID sets the maximum bandwidth quota (0-100) for queue 2 under WFQ scheduling. An admin tunes this alongside the other seven per-queue max-weight objects to shape how much burst headroom each priority queue gets beyond its guaranteed minimum.
