What is hwWFQMaxWeight1?

This OID sets the maximum bandwidth quota (0-100) for queue 1 when the port is in WFQ (Weighted Fair Queuing) scheduling mode. An admin raises this to let queue 1's traffic burst higher above its guaranteed minimum share during idle bandwidth periods.
