In the query operation, if the user-defined ACL rule is not used, the value obtained is 4294967295.
What is hwPriorityUserAclSubitem?
This OID specifies which user-defined ACL rule (paired with hwPriorityUserAclNum) is matched for priority marking on a port or slot. An admin sets this when the priority-marking policy should key off a custom user-defined ACL entry rather than a standard IP or L2 ACL.
