What is hwPriorityCosValue?

This OID sets the 802.1p CoS (Class of Service) value (0-7, or 255 for unset/invalid) applied to packets matching the associated ACL rule, where higher values mean higher priority. An admin uses this to mark matched Ethernet frames with a specific 802.1p priority, e.g. 6 (voice) for VoIP traffic.
