Description: The value of the flush timer. When configuring or undoing OSPF process, flush self-originated LSAs first. If the timer expires, stop flushing LSAs, and then reset the process. This timer is one-off. When flushing is finished, it recovers to 0.

Sets, in seconds (0-40), how long the router spends flushing its self-originated LSAs before resetting the OSPF process when it's being created or removed; this is a one-shot timer that resets to 0 once flushing completes.
