What is hwMplsOamView?
This read-create value (mpls-oam(1) or null(0)) creates or deletes the MPLS OAM configuration view on the device. Admins set it to mpls-oam to enter the context needed before configuring any of this MIB's other OAM tables, and to null to tear that view down.
