What is hwL2IfQinqVlanTransEnable?
This read-write EnabledStatus turns on QinQ VLAN translation on the port: 1 enables it, 2 (default) disables it. An admin enables it when the port needs to rewrite an outer VLAN tag as traffic crosses a service-provider boundary.
