What is hwL2IfPortLoopDetectEnabled?
This read-write EnabledStatus turns on external loopback detection for the port: setting it to enabled(1) has the device actively watch this port for an external cable loop, disabled otherwise. An admin enables it on access ports prone to accidental loopback from a misplugged cable.
