What is hwL2IfPolicyVlanEnable?
This read-write EnabledStatus turns on policy-based VLAN assignment on the port: 1 enables it, 2 (default) disables it. An admin enables it to let a configured policy (rather than PVID alone) determine which VLAN traffic on this port belongs to.
