What is hwIpSessIfCfgIpSessionEnable?
hwIpSessIfCfgIpSessionEnable is an EnabledStatus toggle enabling or disabling IP-Session on this interface, defaulting to disable per the MIB's documented values (1=disable, 2=enable). Admins set this to activate the IP-Session feature on interfaces where session-based (as opposed to purely IP-forwarding) user tracking and authentication should apply. For example, an admin rolling out IP-Session-based subscriber management on an access interface would set this to enable(2) to turn the feature on there.
