What is hwAclv6NumGroupStep?
Sets the step size (1-20) used to auto-assign rule IDs within this ACLv6 group when a new rule's ID isn't specified -- each new ID is computed as step + last rule ID, rounded to a multiple of step. Defaults to 5.
