What is hwGtlActive?
This object is written with the identifier of a GTL license file to activate it on the device. An admin sets this value to apply a newly uploaded license so its features and capacity limits take effect. For example, an admin would write the filename of an uploaded license, such as "device-license-2024.dat", to this object to activate that license.
