What is hwGBondGroupProfMaxDelayUs?

Sets the maximum one-way interleaving delay, in milliseconds (1-63, default 16), the PMS-TC is allowed to introduce in the upstream direction for bonding groups using this profile. Raising it permits more aggressive error-correction interleaving at the cost of added latency.
