What is hwDhcpSnpGlobal?
The global on/off switch for DHCP Snooping on the device, which must be enabled before per-port, per-VLAN, or other interface-level snooping settings take effect. It's disabled by default, so an admin flips this first when rolling out DHCP Snooping protection.
