Description: The CBR traffic PCR parameter value.
What is hwCbrPcrValue?
This is the Peak Cell Rate (PCR) value configured for a CBR, or Constant Bit Rate, traffic profile entry. Admins set this to define the maximum cell rate a CBR connection using this profile is allowed to sustain, directly controlling bandwidth reservation for that service class. For example, setting this to 5000 defines a PCR of 5000 cells per second for connections referencing this CBR traffic entry.
