What is hwCbrPcrRefCount?
This is a count of how many connections currently reference this CBR PCR traffic profile entry. Admins check this before modifying or deleting a traffic profile, since a nonzero reference count means active connections depend on it and changing it would affect them. For example, a reference count of 12 means twelve ATM connections are currently using this specific CBR PCR setting.
