What is hwAtkZoneSynFloodSynSpeed?
This Integer32, 0 to 1,000,000, sets the SYN-packet-per-second threshold for a security zone; once the rate of SYN packets to a single host in the zone reaches this value, the firewall starts up TCP proxy defense. Admins tune this to balance early SYN-flood protection against false positives from legitimate traffic bursts. For example, setting hwAtkZoneSynFloodSynSpeed to 5000 triggers TCP proxy mode for any host in the zone receiving more than 5000 SYN packets per second.
