What is hpnsaSWManageabilityFileDate?

This 6-octet string encodes the creation date and time of a manageability component's file, packed as year-since-1900, month, day, hour, minute, and second. An administrator decodes this to determine exactly when the installed software file was built, useful for confirming whether a patch or update actually took effect. For example, an octet sequence decoding to 97/8/28 10:15:00 would indicate the file was created on August 28, 1997 at 10:15 AM.
