What is hpnicfMpRcvdSequenceV2?
This reports the current sequence number the MP link expects to receive next, part of the multilink PPP fragmentation and reassembly protocol. An admin can compare this against hpnicfMpSentSequenceV2 or poll it over time mainly for low-level protocol diagnostics of the bundle's reassembly state. For example, a receive sequence number that stops advancing while traffic is still expected would indicate the reassembly process has stalled on this bundle.
