What is hpnicfDhcpClientRowStatus?
This RowStatus object controls the lifecycle of an entry in the DHCP security (IP/MAC binding) table. Admins use it to manually add or remove a static IP-to-MAC binding entry. For example, an admin adding a static binding for a critical server would set this object to createAndGo(4) alongside the IP and MAC address fields.
