This RowStatus, read-create, manages creation, deletion, and modification of a pseudowire's configuration row, supporting active status plus createAndGo and destroy operations. An admin must specify hpnicfPwVcID, hpnicfPwVcType, hpnicfPwVcPeerAddr, hpnicfPwVcMtu, hpnicfPwVcCfgType, and hpnicfPwVcIfIndex when creating a new row before setting this to active. For example, an admin provisioning a new VLL would SET all those required columns together with hpnicfPwVcRowStatus=createAndGo in a single request to bring the pseudowire up in one step.
